This company is fair, understanding, and has quality equipment. Just as an 8 yr old birthday party began, a thunderstorm with lightning moved in and the kids had to stay inside for hours. When the storm cleared and they finally got to enjoy the water slide, the team arrived for pickup and realized what happened. They called the owner who extended the rental at no extra charge. This family business is awesome. I rented a water slide and another item for a baby shower I hosted. They arrived early, set everything up, and everyone had a blast. We rented overnight and they were very accommodating during pickup so the kids could get their last few slides in before taking it down. I will definitely rent from them again and recommend them to anyone wanting a fun event.
